So true and the challenge with resolving this conflict is to be able to move between the tonal and nagual with fluidity and without attachment to the distractions that arise within the dance.
Thank you to one commenter who understood and challenged me to move out of the tonal and into the nagual. And thank you to another who understood and challenged me to continue giving the tonal power. The choice was clear.

Our responsibility as warriors of freedom is to impeccability. The tonalic nature of the world is filled with pitfalls and constant communication errors especially for those that do not see and do not take personal responsibility for their impeccability. Participating in the dramas of conflict in the world is both enticing for our seeing, and dangerous to our personal power. Thus we have a responsibility to remain whole, not to the whole.

Within Creation exists the limited territory of the tonal. As fucked up as it is, it lends to us a working paradox: a seemingly impossible space defined by limitation, yet somehow it’s flawed: cracks open up for conceiving of, and then achieving, the utterly impossible.
One act of impeccability is in stalking constant awareness: an intense observation of what’s going on. When a crack appears, and it feels right, the warrior jumps through, verily being born out of this womb into another, where the inconceivable takes place.
Patient yet not complacent, the time will come for the warriors to be utterly impeccable through pure action – intent. Jump!
In the meantime we still jump anyway, because we’re still dancing, yes!

We must save the planet because we are afraid? Really? We should focus on changing the awareness of this being,… because we might become extinct? Really? We should set our goals and motives based on our fearful reactions? Really? Isolated? Tonal thinking.
Juan Matus would never make these comments and I question whether Carlos actually did.
To fear death or extinction is the consensual consciousness in action. To know death is the foundation of truth. Species and entities come and go. From the perspective of Oneness, we do not “die”, as we think of it here. Nor do we enter the higher frequencies from the consensual awareness, as is commonly imagined. We have entered the various “duality based realms of form” from Oneness. We experience in the duality bands because of the pressure of death upon our constructed forms. Our consensual awareness in the first attention is composed of experience in the first attention. In the same way that the experience of the third attention cannot be expressed here, the awareness of the first attention cannot exist in the third attention. Once recaptured, the third attention is known as home. We recognize that we have entered the coarser realms of form for the purpose of extending the great web. We stop calculating, analyzing, and attempting to grasp the higher frequencies with the mind. When we surrender and empty the flier, we KNOW the reality of Oneness and recognize the illusions of fear, death, extinction, and form.

In The Fire from Within, chapter 13 is entitled The Earth’s Boost and don Juan speaks extensively about this. “ Since both the earth and man are sentient beings, their emanations coincide, or rather, the earth has all the emanations present in man and the emanations that are present in all sentient beings, organic or inorganic for that matter. When a moment of alignment takes place, sentient beings use that alignment in a limited way and perceive their world. Warriors can use that alignment either to perceive, like everyone else, or as a boost that allows them to enter unimaginable worlds.”
I have come to understand that the earth is necessary in order for us to align sufficiently for what warriors come to know as the final boost in order to assemble and enter into other bands of awareness. Earth is intent. But religions would for a long time have us believe that the “power” guiding us comes from above, from some great man being from the heavens. Believe what you want, Jaggg, that is your right but I don’t understand why you are ripping my own knowing to bits, those that I share based on my personal experience and awareness and seeing. Suffice it to say that perhaps the lines of awareness that we each dance upon are not exactly the same.

The quotes from DJM are nothing like the comments above. I do agree with them, but I also suggest that he is speaking of heightened awareness and the second attention. A “boost” can only be useful to a separate force/entity, and is clearly within duality.

Jagg, I am absolutely fascinated by your words and mind. In many ways, I see what you are saying. A few thoughts… have you not essentially set up a deeper duality pitting the tonal (which is bad) to the nahual (good) with an underlying singularity of third attention (seems like a god of sorts)…. And the drive of this process is to me somewhat nihilistic. Destroy it all and see death for what it is, just a change of energetic state, like an electron does as it moves around the proton, more energy = higher state. Nahual is savior? Third attention is heaven?
As an explorer, beyond the battle of death as an advisor, the abstract entices me to consider the multiplicity of awarenesses (sentience) that the universe (which contains all, 1st, 2nd, 3rd) maintains and expresses in its immanence. 97% of the universe’s energy is dark matter, dark energy and we have come to know that it has intent and purpose… for sure… then how much more interesting are the bands which make up the 3% in relation to the 97%, and of course it is infinite, something the ration can barely wrap itself around. Indeed the universe is full of mystery, which is why choice and creation is so key to the dance. I see the warrior as committed to unraveling the mysteries with humility, not to discover the sure fired solution to a problem.
I have come to know that there is nothing better or worse in the universe but believing makes it so. Thus access to deeper, broader and amazing band are available because our conceptions (especially of death) no longer limit them to be.
So the tonal can be a fluid and beautiful creation as valuable as any state. As a warrior of freedom, this is my stance, post the battle of self importance, we have so much to explore and it can be a beautiful dance with many sentient beings.
Or as my benefactor said to me upon seeing the infinite, “Okay, and now what?”

Tonal- limited perception. Nahual- much less limited perception, and encompasses Tonal (among an infinite number of positions encompassed). No duality. No opposition. One is a minute part within the other.

Actually, its EMBRACE it all. Nothing to destroy, just the process of recognizing the position of a particular band within the nahual. There is no “savior’, there is only this moment; this opportunity, this slim chance. However, there IS a hierarchy of frequencies, so to speak. They are not worshiped or valued, as each finer one encompasses all lessor frequencies. None are ever lost. It is interesting to speculate that every realm of form is completely contrived….

While I like your description, I would say that dark matter is a factor within the dual bands and the inclusiveness of higher attentions within dual frequencies is limited. Not only is the third attention unspeakable, the higher layers of the second attention are so alien that they are beyond our ability to describe and assimilate within the tonal. You are spot-on regarding the individual discovery of these mysteries! They are not absorbed with conversation or research…. only through full exposure to the particular mystery. There is a vast difference between intellectual epiphanies and an undeniable becoming. Our cultures are full of those sharing their intellectual understandings. This is not a place for such as that,… so I throw curves whenever a flier makes a stand. Torres interprets CC with a personally based dual perspective on many occasions.

have the experience now and reactions later. some warriors will reach the 3rd attention and change the outcome with sobriety while others will just have enough to witness the beauty of vibrating with earth and witness something beyod words. the new time where all in is one where we must shape the future with true impeccability and not the adage that I did my best.when a warrior affects the masses in a good way it acknowdge somewhere out the and the warrior knows he is part of something greater then his self, and he takes his place amogst the mystery.
