We are energy but more than that, we are pure consciousness. We are responsible for the energetic frequencies that we choose to create and align with. We cannot experience anything unless we specifically choose to match a particular frequency. If we choose to align with higher frequencies, we will resonate within the pure state of universal mind. We will become invisible to lower frequencies due to a simple lack of resonance. Negative vibrations are not likely to affect us because they do not match the positive vibration that we have aligned with. We can observe a negative vibe but as long as we don’t give it any energy or power we will maintain our higher energy, frequency, and vibration and remain in the uninterrupted flow of awareness.

the center of consciousness within ourselves

When we live our lives in alignment with the center of consciousness within ourselves, we come to know that our connection with every living thing is an extension of the great energetic flow of awareness that serves as the most transformative force in the universe. This force is the universal life force vibration of pure primal and original energy that resides within us and simultaneously all around us; in everyone, and everything that we know.

This vibration is our connecting link with spirit. It is a harmonic frequency that resonates with the combined, similar energies that invariably produce the state of oneness with all things within the universal life-force flow of infinite energy. To attain this vibrational frequency, practicing mindful meditation or entering into silence allows us to focus on the present moment without judgment. And when we focus on gratitude we find that as we open ourselves to the center of consciousness within ourselves, the energetic vibrations that we send out will be returned to us many times over.

When we are aligned with the frequency of collective human conditioning we are aligned with density consciousness, a frequency that is heavy and causes our energy to vibrate at a lower frequency. Density consciousness has to do with the amount of merit we place, sometimes blindly, upon the stories that we’ve been told on how to assemble our realities in alignment with the human collective. This can cause us to feel as though we are dragging ourselves through our day (or life) with a lot of resistance, under the weight of the world so to speak.

Entering into silence grants us the opportunity to recognize our true, creative nature which in turn exposes our limiting beliefs. This allows us to release those limitations and move into states of higher consciousness which increases our energetic vibration and we become aligned with the natural energetic frequencies of the Earth.

In the beginning the word existed. So what was the word? The word was the sound of Source energy, God, Intent, the primordial and ancient sound through which the entire universe was created. Some believe that this sound is Om and that the sound Om is also known as the embodiment of all sounds together. If one is to produce the vibration of OM with their intention directed at aligning with Source energy, they become one with the all that is. More than a chant, OM is a sacred syllable that represents the vibration of the universe. It is the sound of the infinite, without beginning and without end that embraces all that exists. Since the beginning of its creation the Earth has had a pulse of life to which every living organism is connected. This pulse has surrounded and protected all living things with a natural frequency vibration. It is like a heartbeat that unifies everything in a diverse and interdependent web of creation.
