As warriors of awareness, Don Juan says that every day is a battle and that a warrior will fight that battle to the last day. What are warriors battling? Themselves. They fight to break the description of the world which has been injected into their mind, freeing themselves from the mold of man. This allows the assemblage point to shift so new things can be perceived.

Living in a Self-Aware Universe

The objective of the Rule of the nagual is to generate parties; that is, self-aware organisms capable of flying into the immensity out there. Such organisms are made up by the sum of a group of warriors who have harmonized their individual intents. I’ve been reading this quote and looking at it from multiple perspectives. Not too long ago I said, yes…we must assemble a new band of awareness to ensure that we can leap into freedom when death comes knocking on our door and exist as pure energetic awareness without repeating the patterns by repositioning ourselves, again, in the karmic wheel of life. I said that it is important to create energetic hubs of awareness that will allow us to move completely beyond the fixated assemblage point of reason. I said a lot of things and now I find myself moving beyond those thoughts, ideas and sensate intuitions. For this reason, and I’ve said this before, don’t believe anything I say.

Sorcery is the Art of Silence

And so it was, an ordinary weekend just like any other. The weather was perfect and the warriors gathered together, some meeting each other for the first time. A combined intention to dance awake a new dream had been created months earlier and we each knew by connecting with intent that we were not creating a new dream, we were simply opening ourselves in our connecting link with intent to allow a new dream to emerge.

The Mystery of it All

So simple. So easy. So ordinary. And yet! Everyday, more mystery. Everyday, no words to explain it.

Live fully within each of your own precious moments. The mystery is different for everyone and cannot be explained or described. To explain anything only serves to fixate the location of the assemblage point for both the explainer and the person to whom you are explaining your experience to. And the person who receives the explanation may begin to desire to know the mystery you are explaining in order to justify the position of their assemblage point that you unwittingly helped to fixate in the first place! Then they will not live fully in each of their own precious moments, instead becoming fixated to their desired outcome to “have” your experience (unless they are already walking in freedom). Ah, the power of silence! Keep dancing in the mystery and passing through the eye of the needle unnoticed!!!

This silent knowledge, which you cannot describe, is, of course, intent –the spirit, the abstract. Man’s error was to want to know it directly, the way he knew everyday life. The more he wanted, the more ephemeral it became. Man gave up silent knowledge for the world of reason. Evolving Beyond Reason

This was apparently just the quote I needed to bring me out of the dry spell I’ve been experiencing. Man, when there are no words there just are no words. It’s been nearly a month since my last post and though I tried and tried, I just couldn’t find the words to express anything. Not that there wasn’t a lot going on in the madness of the mind, there were just no words to describe it. I suppose I’ve been navigating the unknown; at least my unknown.

Freedom from Perception; The Third Point of Reference

The reference points of sorcerers are not the reference points of ordinary man. For ordinary man, points of reference are typically personal, what they’ve done and what they plan to do; a form of self-reflection and a way to justify present or future behaviors based on the past which ultimately leads to nothing more than repetitive patterns usually based on their own patterns, someone else’s patterns or interpretations of patterns complete with justification to those patterns.

Further Breaking the Mold of Man

While diligently striving to continually expand my awareness on this path for more than 20 years I have come to find that there is no true mastery of it, only further knowing, a deepening of awareness and knowledge that can be attained through seeing. Committed to deepening brings more understanding and clarity, most of which comes from silent knowledge.

My major was communications; international communications, multi-cultural communications, bi-lingual communications, interpersonal communications. And, I love to write as a means of communicating.

The Ruthlessness of a Warrior

Man needs now, more than ever, to be taught new ideas that have to do exclusively with his inner world – shamans’ ideas, not social ideas, ideas pertaining to man facing the unknown, facing his personal death. This quote speaks of the fixation of the assemblage point of the earth. The fixation is a man-made assemblage that tells us that there is only one story on earth, one way to live and that until we are able to live in this single manner, and we will have no choice but to perfect ourselves in order to align with it. While there are multiple ways to align with the story, the point is conformism and compliance to a system of beliefs founded and grounded on authority, control and over-consumption.

A New Dream

When the assemblage point assembles a world, that world is total. This is the marvel that the old seers stumbled upon and never realized what it was: the awareness of the earth can give us a boost to align other great bands of emanations, and the force of that new alignment makes the world vanish. Since both the earth and man are sentient beings, their emanations coincide, or rather, the earth has all the emanations present in man and all the emanations that are present in all sentient beings, organic and inorganic for that matter. When a moment of alignment takes place, sentient beings use that alignment in a limited way and perceive their world. Warriors can use that alignment either to perceive, like everyone else, or as a boost that allows them to enter unimaginable worlds. ~ Don Juan, The Fire From Within

What would happen if enough people got together and made a conscious choice to change the dream of the planet? It is said that the patterns that we continuously repeat are duplicated because they are a repetitive dream that keeps playing itself over and over in the same way. Maybe different words, different cultural aspects, different modalities and yet, it’s always the same story, the same pattern. Carlos spoke briefly about the mitote and Don Miguel Ruiz clarified its meaning by saying the mitote ceremony is a sacred ritual in dreaming performed through the night. It has been passed down through the various Toltec lineages as a means to transform one’s own personal dream. It works to transform the individual’s dream on multiple dimensions.
