Just as everything else in the universe, we are made of energy and a field of energy constantly flows through us and surrounds us.
There comes a point on the warrior’s path when we no longer seek awakening as a distant horizon. Awareness is already here—it always has been—and we have become it. Presence already breathes through us. Energy is already moving, shaping and dissolving in every moment. We find that we have already touched the ground of awareness and feel the current of energy moving within and around us. These conclusions, which made the new cycle possible, were the truths about awareness he was explaining to me. – The Fire From Within
